Product Description

Utilising our latest LED that provides vert bright illumination and good colour differentiation
With a set of C batteries lasting for over 24 hours and rechargeable Lithium Ion cells providing enough charge for approx. 17 hours continuos use running costs can be dramatically reduced

The Opticlar MV LED in our Hygena handle is warranted for 30,000 hours use. In practical terms there is no need to buy replacement bulbs.
The Opticlar MV LED is neatly contained within its own cartridge that easily and conveniently removes without the use of tools for handle decontamination and autoclaving. The cartridge protects the LED during removal and handle cleaning and is of suffice size to prevent loss or misplacing.

LED capsule is easy to remove without the need for tools and whole handle is autoclavable at normal cycle times and temperatures.
The Hygena handle design provides excellent comfortable grip yet is much easier to clean than the traditional knurled finish. The traditional knurled finish is available for those units who wish to retain this type of handle.
