How do I place an order?

You can place an order with us via our website, or you can contact our sales team and place an order with them directly too. Once an order is placed, a member of our team will be in contact to keep you informed of estimated delivery dates and help if you have any further questions too. What are your payment terms?

If you are placing an order via our website we require payment at the checkout, with a range of payment options available.Alternatively you can contact our sales team and place an order with them directly via telephone or email. We can offer 14 day payment terms for customers who have placed 5+ orders with us, where you will receive an invoice following the despatch of your order. 14 day payment terms are only available when placing orders directly with our sales team. For new customers, we require pro forma payment for the first 5 orders placed with us. For any orders over £5,000 we require pro forma payment. We work closely with Vector Finance and are happy to discuss other finance options to suit your needs. Pre-owned

CT Scanners

Our CT Scanner Pods provide a fully self‑contained, climate‑controlled and RPA‑safe environment for housing a CT system. Designed as standalone modular units, they include integrated lighting, network ports, power sockets and air‑conditioning in both the CT room and the control room. Each pod is built for rapid deployment, long‑term reliability and easy connection to your existing practice infrastructure. All units come with a ten‑year support provision, ensuring confidence and continuity of service.

Key Features

Air‑conditioning in both the CT room and the control/reporting room
Pod includes a 3‑phase electrical socket to accept an external umbilical power cable
Client is responsible for the power cable from the building and plug to connect into the Pod
Requires 3‑phase power – 100 kVA
Fully standalone design with:
- Internal lighting
- Power sockets
- Network ports
Additional services and custom specifications available at extra cost
Supported for ten years

RPA‑safe CT room
Viewing/reporting room, including fitted desk and 2 chairs
Air‑conditioning for both CT and reporting rooms
Electrical and network cabling (within the Pod)
Network termination port ready for client IT connection

Umbilical power cable
Any external hook‑ups (e.g., IT connectivity, water, drainage)
Stand pads / ground preparation
Transportation and crane hire (POA, site‑specific)

Pods can be tailored to meet your clinical, aesthetic or operational needs, including:

Prep room (extended Pod size)
Interconnecting auxiliary bolt‑on Pod
Clinical support systems (integrated gas lines, airlines)
Wash sink and plumbing
Custom paint colours or vinyl wrap with branding/theme
Weatherproof building‑to‑Pod link systems
Whisper diesel generator for sites without sufficient 3‑phase supply
Security options: integrated or standalone intruder/fire alarm and CCTV
External lighting

: As well as new equipment, we also offer a range of pre-owned and refurbished equipment. Sourced predominantly from hospitals, all pre-owned equipment that we supply is meticulously maintained and serviced and even comes with 3-month warranty as standard.
