Penlon Nuffield Anaesthetic Ventilator Series 200

Excl VAT 20% - calculated at checkout

The Penlon Nuffield 200 Ventilator has earned a long‑standing reputation for being a compact, powerful, and exceptionally reliable anaesthesia ventilator. Designed primarily for use with a Bain Co‑Axial Circuit, it offers outstanding versatility and performance across a wide range of clinical applications.

Equally suitable for Ayre’s T‑Piece circuits, resuscitation, High‑Frequency Positive Pressure Ventilation (HFPPV) using a bronchoscope injector, and closed‑circuit systems incorporating a CO₂ absorber, the Nuffield 200 is a practical and adaptable choice for veterinary anaesthesia.

Powered by medical air or oxygen at 340–410 kPa, this pneumatically driven, time‑cycled ventilator provides preset volume and flow rate options for both small and large animals. When fitted with a Newton Valve, the ventilator’s range extends even further, enabling safe ventilation of very small patients—an impressive capability for such a compact and cost‑effective unit.

The Nuffield 200 offers four simple controls that allow infinite variability of I:E ratios, constant inspiratory flow, and flexible settings to suit a wide range of clinical scenarios. A suitable ventilator alarm and pollution control system can be added if required.

Important: The Penlon Series 200 requires a higher drive pressure and cannot be used with an oxygen concentrator due to insufficient output pressure.
