In stock items are processed within 1-3 business days with an aim to dispatch the next working day. Please kindly note that orders are not shipped on weekends, bank holidays, or during quarterly inventory checks. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use FedEx next day delivery for any orders listed as small parcel delivery, medium parcel delivery, or large parcel delivery. Pallet deliveries or larger lorry delivery companies may vary, we will always opt for the quickest transit time, and where possible for larger orders, our team may deliver to you directly. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking links are not always provided automatically, however you can contact our team at any time if you would like your individual tracking number and carrier information.
Products classified as medical devices or professional veterinary equipment are supplied exclusively to veterinary professionals and practices. Before dispatch of these products, professional status is verified: a company name is required at checkout and is cross-checked against our customer records, and customers are verified against the RCVS register where applicable. When purchased on our website these products are shipped to veterinary professionals within the UK only.
