The HARMONIC Blue Handpiece Adaptor is a reusable ultrasonic energy handpiece designed for use with compatible HARMONIC® instruments to deliver precise, controlled energy during soft‑tissue surgery. It converts electrical energy from a compatible Ethicon Generator into high‑frequency mechanical motion, enabling effective cutting and coagulation with minimal thermal spread.
The HARHPBL model is compatible with the following instruments: SNGCB, SNGHK, SNGHK2, HAR9F, and HAR17F.
Indications & Use
When paired with HARMONIC instruments, the handpiece is indicated for soft‑tissue incisions where controlled bleeding and reduced thermal injury are desired. It may be used as an adjunct or alternative to electrosurgery, lasers, or traditional steel scalpels.
