This restrainer container is one of our high‑quality cat baskets designed specifically to facilitate safe, controlled treatment of feral, agitated or fractious cats and other small animals. Lightweight, easy to clean and built for professional use, it allows veterinary teams to administer injections or other procedures with minimal stress and maximum safety.
Previously known as a “crush cage” or “squeeze box,” this updated terminology reflects a more humane, welfare‑focused approach to feline handling.

How It Works
The basket includes a movable internal partition fitted with external running bars that act as handles. In practice:
-
The cat is placed inside the carrier.
-
The partition is drawn forward until the animal is held gently but firmly against the basket wall.
-
The operator can hold the handles together with one hand while administering an intramuscular injection or other treatment with the other.
This design allows safe, controlled restraint without direct handling—ideal for feral or highly stressed cats.
Door Options & Transfer System
Available with a slide‑up door panel, this model allows seamless transfer from any MDC cat trap, eliminating the need to manually handle feral cats during intake or treatment.
